CrossFit OSC is a place where I feel at home. Surrounded by like minded people that want to better themselves and aren’t afraid to put in the work to achieve that.

Coming from a strong military background I am accustomed to a work hard play hard mentality and a brotherhood/sisterhood that everyone has each other’s back. I can tell that is the same mentality that you have established at OSC. I have seen everyone come together and step up when others are in need.

OSC is more than just another box it’s a family and one that I am damn proud to be a part of. With that being said. Don’t ever give up and keep striving for the best! I’m behind you 100%
